Part of the problem with beef is that much of it might be from feedlot beet - highly acidic with high omega 6/3 ratios rather than the healthier grass fed beef. At least whey is more alkaline.
whats the benefit of more alkaline?? I've read about it way back but cant remember why this is important? can you explain more?
